They basically offer two machines - the larger diameter Bumble Bee and the regular diameter CSM with two styles of crank wheels (this is the part with the handle) (Options: speedster or reduced ratio). They sell machines with different combinations of cylinders/ribber dials and/or additional ribber arms.
The Bumble Bee machine as mentioned, is a larger cylinder machine designed for wider diameter projects like hat making. Machine comes standard with 90 slot cylinder and Ribber.
(It is possible to knit hats of a different style on a regular CSM).

The Erlbacher CSMS are Open CAM systems.
Erlbacher machines are a new machine modeled after the 1920’s vintage Gearhart machines. This machine makes a distinctive click when used, was originally only in forest green, yellow and red - however custom colors are now available.

Lamb machines are unlike any other machine out there in that they feature the unique ability to rotate the shell and/or the ribber with the able to use the same needles as the cylinder.
The LT-150 CSM comes with a yarn shelf, 3 overhead yarn masts (two with heel springs), stand, row counter, sock storage device with take-down system including two sets of weights, tools and tool holders.
Pros: a commercial grade smooth and efficient machine, Ribber needles are the same as the Cylinder needles, cylinder and cam shell can rotate, machine and ribber can single feed, machine can work with two different yarns separately simultaneously, machine can alternate ribbing and regular knitting at the same time, color work is much easier with the two feeds, recently upgraded the stand. Unlike many other CSMS, this machine knits to the left (like most hand knitters) when working in forward (like ribbing etc). Other CSMS knit and rib to the right. A unique workhorse of a machine. Amazing customer service.
Cons: Machine and setup is very heavy, ribber can only be set full pitch (aligned with empty cylinder slots) not half pitch (aligned between cylinder slots to increase needles knitting), the roller holding knitted work can only hold about two socks, machine currently comes in the one color, the most expensive CSM available.

Tru-Knit | Website | Stainless steel and aluminum CSM being presented by Jamie Mayfield in the USA. Machine announced Oct 22, 2021. Jan 2023 they posted that the machine cost is USD2,900. See their website for more current info. Machine appears to be designed after a Autoknitter but with a hexagon screw system which includes the tension dial - all which require Allen wrenches/Hex keys to adjust.
