The numbers on my Legare 400.

The numbers on my Legare 400.

My CSM is a Legare 400. It has a serial number 41645. The question as to what these sometimes printed numbers mean remains as of yet unanswered. Some machines have a number on the edge of their cam shell near the cylinder, some have a number on the base of the yarn mast like mine, and yet some don’t have any numbers at all visible.
